Maintenance services are essential to ensure the perfect functioning of products/systems in the field. For your safety and peace of mind, Brascontrol offers two types of contracts:
1 – A ZERO RISK maintenance contract:
This is a contract with conditions based on an estimate of the amount of equipment that can be serviced in the 12-month period. In this way, the customer sends the equipment for maintenance in monthly batches, and is billed only for the actual number of equipment serviced monthly. With this type of contract, the customer only pays for the services actually performed.
2 – TOTAL COVERAGE maintenance contract:
This is a contract based on the amount of equipment owned by the customer, in which Brascontrol guarantees the maintenance of any equipment during the entire contract period. In this modality, the equipment is also sent in monthly batches, however, a fixed amount per month, previously defined, is charged.
